Graduated!!!

Graduated!!!

Graduating…(insert freaking out comment here)

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

As we leave college and are wondering what in the world we are going to do with our lives, I hope that instead of fearing what is to come, we find comfort and peace in this verse. It is in God’s hands, and no matter what we try to do, He has a plan for us that is beyond what we can imagine!

Remembering this verse in the days and months to come…

his wounds, our redemption, his glory.

betterstory:

how merciful the cross,

how powerful the blood,

how beautiful Your arms opened for us,

no greater love, God’s only son,

Jesus.

no other name, mighty to save,

Jesus.

by your wounds we are healed,

you have conquered the grave,

in Your rising we will rise,

to carry Your name,

above every name.

a few of my beloved SWOGs and i skyping with leslie last night.
having a hard time believing it has been nearly four years since we finished our senior year and began to pack our things for college. i think it is safe to say that despite our deep love for one another, we each planned to go our separate ways in pursuit of our own unique things. and perhaps we’d meet up on occasion over holidays, but i don’t think any of us imagined our friendships continuing so deeply. i look back over the past four years of college and am overwhelmed by just how big of a role you four (and the rest of you SWOGs out there!) have played in the process of becoming the “me” i am now. feeling blessed that a few weeks before we graduate college, i can honestly say that you girls remain some of my dearest friends in the world.
here’s to the beautiful memories that will forever remain in our barn, to the ways the Lord has shaped and molded each of us since that first monday night small group, and to the unique adventures awaiting each of us. love you girls more than you could possibly imagine. SWOGS for life, duh.

Love!!!!

Britt Bass took pictures of me and my bobbies yesterday for my graphics project. Such a fun day with lots of laughter as I am literally a terrible model… Thanks Britt!! (@onedarlingday)
